Mark Ruffalo and Zoe Saldana star in this comedy drama written and directed by Maya Forbes. When mother of two Maggie Stuart (Saldana) receives the news that she has been accepted into the college of her dreams, she decides to give her children's manic depressive father Cam (Ruffalo) a chance to prove his worth by looking after Amelia and Faith (Imogene Wolodarsky and Ashley Aufderheide) while she studies. As Cam, who is used to spending his days on his crazy inventions, struggles to be the responsible parent the girls need, he finds himself eager to overcome the challenges he faces with his illness and become the man he knows he can be.
