144 legal goods cards (green), 60 contraband cards (red), 12 royal goods (red with gold banner and Sheriff’s badge), 110 gold coins (39 one gold, 42 five gold, 17 twenty gold, 12 fifty gold), 1 sheriff marker, 5 merchant stands, 5 merchant bags, 1 rulebook.

In Sheriff of Nottingham you play merchants trying to get your goods into Nottingham. One player is the sheriff, who is trying to find and confiscate the players’ contraband. Will the sheriff check your cart or will he let you into Nottingham? And what if your cart really is full of contraband? Well, you can always bribe him to check somebody else’s cart instead!
